In no event shall the Lodge or any of its directors, employees, officials or agents be liable to any visitor to the Lodge for personal injury, death of any person, loss of or damage to property of whatever nature or for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue arising out of use of this Lodge, whether such damages arise in contract, default, negligence, delict, under statute, common law, or otherwise.
